About Me

Hi! I am Chelsea…but since we are friends now you can call me ChelseaLoveLee :)

I grew up in Minneapolis, Minnesota and found my love for beads at the age of 6 when my aunt bought me a bead set for Christmas.  Right after college I moved to California and thrived spending time by the ocean, eating raw vibrant foods, learning and sharing Gong Fu tea ceremony and drinking Japanese Sencha tea every morning. I took on the practice of yoga, meditation and breathwork and fell in love with dancing all night long to 140 and drum n bass. You'll definitely catch me twirling around at music festivals, in nature and in the city, rocking my vintage maxi skirts and dresses while dancing barefoot anywhere i can find a patch of grass :)

Throughout these years I was collecting beads from all over my travels, but I never really knew what to do with them.  It wasn’t until I learned the peyote stitch sitting on the Earth in a canvas tent at a women’s gathering in Joshua Tree, when everything changed.  As soon as I started weaving this stitch it was as if something deeply ancient awoke within me.  I felt like I had done this before and my spirit said, “this is it!” Ever since then I have not put down my needle and thread. Weaving these tiny little beads is the strongest passion and deepest love I have ever known.

I have probably woven a million beads by now and each bead is a seed of my story, of my adventure, of my healing and of my dance, that I can get to share with you!

I am so very excited to style you out in your special handmade piece that reminds you of how bold and beautiful you are.

Sending lots of love!
